Traveling Notary Public

• Notary Public will demonstrate requisite knowledge of loan signature requirement.
   

• Notary Public will arrive at designated location, on time and in appropriate attire. Notary Public will obtain and acknowledge required signatures from borrower(s).
   

• Notary Public may answer questions on loan signature placement only. Notary Public will return the completed loan package to lender immediately.
   

• Notary Public will keep all loan details confidential and will not release any information to any other third party. Notary Public will thoroughly review the documents with the homeowner(s) in order to correct any mistakes before leaving.
   

• Notary Public will always record the address where the documents were dropped and the tracking number in case the documents are lost or late to lender.
   

• Notary Public will notify your office with the completion of appointment.
   

• Notary Public shall perform all notary duties in accordance with the laws of the State.
  We offer e-mail capabilities for last minute loan documents to be printed and signed.
